One of the founders of Dom Development and Chairman of its Management Board since its 1996 incorporation.
Over 20 years of experience on the development market. Graduate of law at the University of Warsaw. He started his professional career as an associate of the Libella Community Industrial Union, then became Chairman of the Management Board at the Gres-Investi construction company from 1992 to 1996.
Mr Stankiewicz has been with Dom Development S.A. since July 2019, initially as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and subsequently, since March 2021, as Vice-President of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of the company. In addition to this, from 2019 to 2024 he was a Member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer of Dom Construction Sp. z o.o., an in-house general contractor within Dom Development S.A. Capital Group.
He graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw and from the Warsaw School of Economics, in the field of finance and banking. He also completed his doctoral degree at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw. He has over 20 years’ experience in top executive positions including nearly 10 years in the construction sector.
A manager with over 25 years’ experience in the property development market who has dedicated his entire professional career to Dom Development. He joined the company in 1997 - the first year of its operation. Almost from the beginning, he has been involved in residential sales. Starting out as a Sales Specialist, he moved up to the position of Regional Sales Manager. In 2014, he became the Deputy Director of the Sales and Marketing Department, and from 2020 to 2024 he held the position of the Director of the Sales Department. He was appointed as a Member of the Management Board of Dom Development S.A. with effect on 29 October 2024.
He is also in charge of expanding Dom Development Group’s mortgage activities. In 2010, he took on the role of the head of the newly created Credit Advisory Department, and when Dom Development Kredyty Sp. z o.o. was established in 2017, he was nominated a member of the Management Board. Since 2019, he has been the President of the Management Board.
He holds a degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Insurance and Banking in Warsaw (now the Vistula University), and an MBA from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).
At Dom Development since 1998 as Consultant and Member of the Supervisory Board. In 2006 he was appointed Member of the Management Board. Mr Roydon has over 40 years of experience in the European construction industry. Graduated in property management at the University of London, holder of an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
Since 1998 he has worked as a consultant/management board member in many British and foreign companies operating residential construction businesses. From 1971 to 1998 he was CEO of Combien Group plc and Prowting plc, two UK law development companies listed on the London Stock Exchange.
Mr Konopka was jointly responsible for the creation of the Euro Styl S.A. Capital Group – he has sat on the Euro Styl S.A. Management Board for over 10 years and from 2017 he has been the CEO. He has wide-ranging managerial experience and knowledge of the construction and development sector, especially in the Tri-City region.
He has a masters degree in Economics from the University of Gdańsk.
