The Management Board of Dom Development S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, entered in the register of companies of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number KRS 000031483 (hereinafter the “Company”) hereby announces the payment by the Company to its shareholders of the 2024 interim dividend in the amount of PLN 154,790,532 (in words: one hundred and fifty-four million, seven hundred and ninety thousand, five hundred and thirty-two zlotys), i.e. PLN 6.00 (in words: six Polish zlotys) per share. Any shareholder holding Company’s shares on 12 December 2024 will be eligible to receive the said interim dividend. The interim dividend will be paid out on 18 December 2024.
The amount of the interim dividend does not exceed half of the profit earned since the end of 2023 as disclosed in the interim condensed financial statements for the six-month period ended 30 June 2024, audited by its statutory auditor - PricewaterhouseCoopers Polska spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Audyt sp.k. with its registered office in Warsaw, increased by the reserve capital created from the profit, which may be at the disposal of the Management Board for the payment of advances.
On 12 October 2024, Dom Development S.A. launched sales for the new stage of its Dzielnica Mieszkaniowa Metro Zachód project.
Stage 6 will involve the construction of a single building with 48 flats.
On 26 September 2024, the newly completed park near the Perspektywa project in Gdańsk was officially opened to the public. Euro Styl revitalised and opened up a 1.4-hectare forested area, which now provides an attractive space for leisure and recreation as well as a viewing platform.

This is the first commercial project as part of a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiative focused on revitalising this historic part of the city centre. The transfer of residential units to tenants is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.

The handover of the units is scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2024.
Dom Development launched sales of the Górka Narodowa housing estate, a multi-stage development located in the northern part of Cracow. The first phase will comprise 136 flats in two 5-storey buildings.

Mr Marcin Drobek was appointed CEO of a newly established entity, Dom Development Construction sp. z o.o., part of the Dom Development S.A. Capital Group.
Mr Drobek will be responsible for the development of construction management at Dom Development S.A. Capital Group. Mr Drobek has wide experience in the construction business, from 2004-2018 he worked for Unibep S.A., one of the leading Polish construction companies, and from 2014 he was a Vice President of the Management Board and Construction Director.
Dom Development Construction sp. z o.o. will act as general contractor for part of Dom Development S.A.'s housing investments. The remaining projects will be developed through external general contractors, in line with Dom Development's business model to date. The establishment of Dom Development Construction sp. z o.o. was aimed at diversification of Dom Development S.A.'s methods of developing projects in the face of the challenging construction market and enabling the Group to maintain current profitability.

The whole Żoliborz Artystyczny project will consist of 1,700 flats in 13 buildings.
The first phase of 3 buildings with 223 flats will be commissioned for use in Q4 2014.
Trading update 1Q 2013
On 26 March 2013 the Company issued 5,000 unsecured bearer bonds having the nominal value of PLN 10,000 each and the total nominal value of PLN 50,000,000, with the redemption date of 26 March 2018. The issue value equals the nominal value thereof.
The interest of the bonds was determined on the basis of WIBOR 6M + margin.</p
Trading update 2012
Dom Development S.A. commenced the sale and construction of the Willa na Harfowej Project, the first investment to use an escrow account the provisions of the Client Protection Law.
The building, consisting of 90 flats, will stand on the corner of Harfowa and Włodarzewska streets in the Warsaw district of Ochota.
It will be commissioned for use in Q4 2012.
Dom Development SA commenced the implementation of the second phase of the third stage of the Saska development at ul. Bora Komorowskiego which includes a total of 1,579 flats. The third stage, which is divided into four phases, will result in the construction of a total of 670 flats.
The second phase of the third stage consists of a single building with six to seven levels with 163 flats. They will be ready for use in the first quarter of 2014.
Dom Development S.A. has introduced the bonds issued on 2 February 2012 having the total nominal value of PLN 120 million to the Alternative Trading System operated by Bond Spot S.A. Dom Development S.A. commenced the sale of flats of the third stage of Derby 14 development at ul. Skarbka z Gór in the Białołęka district in Warsaw. There will be around 700 flats constructed by Dom Development S.A. at this localization. The III stage shall be comprised of 189 flats. Commissioning of this stage is planned for 4th quarter of 2013.
Dom Development S.A. commenced the construction and sale of flats of the fifth stage of Wilno development in the Targówek district in Warsaw. The fifth stage (two buildings) will consist of 124 flats. Commissioning of this phase is planned for 4th quarter of 2013.
Dom Development commenced the sale and construction of the next stage of the Saska Development at ul. Bora Komorowskiego situated in the Gocław district in Warsaw.
In the third stage of the Development, divided into four phases, a total of 670 apartments will be built. At present, in the first phase of the third stage, 159 apartments and 3 commercial premises have been offered for sale.
The first phase of the third stage of the Saska Development comprises one building with seven to eight floors. It will be commissioned for use in the fourth quarter of 2013.
