Dom Development Wrocław Sp. z o.o. of the Dom Development S.A. Group has commenced the sales of 132 units in the Księże Nowe project in the vicinity of Rybnicka street in Wrocław-Krzyki.

Completion of this project is planned for the 3rd quarter of 2019.

Euro Styl S.A. of the Dom Development S.A. Group has commenced sales of 62 units in the Idea project in the vicinity of Przymorze and Oliwa, in Gdańsk.

Completion of this project is planned for the third quarter of 2018.

The next 42 units are planned for commencement at the end of October or the beginning of November 2017 and completion of this phase is planned for the second quarter of 2019.

Dom Development has commenced the sales of 272 units in the seventh phase of the Osiedle Regaty project in the vicinity of Flisaków and Kobiałka streets in the Białołęka district of Warsaw.

Completion of this project is planned for the 3rd quarter of 2019.

In Q3 2017 Dom Development Group sold 1,081 units net (53% rise YOY).

In the past quarter the Group delivered 553 units (11% rise YOY).

Dom Development has commenced the sales of 362 units in the first phase of the Port Żerań project in the vicinity of Kowalczyka street in the Białołeka district of Warsaw.

Completion of this project is planned for the 4th quarter of 2018.

Dom Development has commenced the sales of 46 apartments in the Apartamenty Park Szczęśliwicki project in the vicinity of Przy Parku street in the Ochota district of Warsaw.

Euro Styl S.A. of the Dom Development S.A. Group has commenced the sales of 26 units in the first phase of the Osiedle Beauforta project in the municipality of Kosakowo in the vicinity of Gdynia, near the Płk. Stanisława Dąbka street.

Completion of this project is planned for the 1st quarter of 2019.

In Q2 2017 Dom Development sold 850 units net (21% rise YOY).

In the past quarter the Company delivered 635 units (13% rise YOY).

 

The numbers mentioned above exclude Euro Styl S.A., which sold 358 units in the first half of 2017 (including 189 units sold in Q2 2017).

Today, 8 June 2017, Dom Development S.A. (“the Company”), one of the leading Polish developers and the biggest in Warsaw, signed a final agreement with Forum IV fundusz inwestycyjny zamknięty (closed-end investment fund) based in Krakow (“Forum”).

The Company acquired 100% of the shares in Euro Styl S.A. based in Gdansk and 100% of the equity of Euro Styl Development sp. z o.o. based in Gdansk (“the Transaction”).

As a result of the Transaction, Dom Development S.A. now has full control over the Capital Group of Euro Styl S.A. operating in the housing development segment in the Tri-city area and its surroundings.

Dom Development has commenced the sales of 190 units in the second phase of the Apartamenty Mokotów nad Skarpą project in the vicinity of aleja Wilanowska street in the Mokotów district of Warsaw.

Completion of this project is planned for the 4th quarter of 2018.

Dom Development has commenced the sales of 102 units in the second phase of the Wille Lazurowa project in the vicinity of Lazurowa and Batalionów Chłopskich streets in the Bemowo district of Warsaw.

Dom Development has commenced the sales of 314 units in the second phase of the Osiedle Amsterdam project in the vicinity of Samarytanka and T. Korzona streets in the Targówek district of Warsaw.

On 17 May a preliminary share purchase agreement was signed between Dom Development S.A the Company and Forum IV fundusz inwestycyjny zamknięty (closed-end investment fund) based in Krakow whereby the Company will acquire 100% shares in Euro Styl S.A. based in Gdansk and 100% of equity of Euro Styl Development sp. z o.o. based in Gdansk. After signing the final transaction Dom Development S.A. will have full control over the Capital Group of Euro Styl S.A. operating in the housing development segment in the Tri-city area and its surroundings.

Dom Development has commenced the sales of 187 units in the third phase of the Osiedle Moderna project in the vicinity of Głębocka and Malborska streets in the Targówek district of Warsaw.

Completion of this project is planned for the 4th quarter of 2018.

In Q1 2017 Dom Development sold 806 units net (31% rise YOY).

Dom Development has commenced the sales of 113 units in the fifth phase of the Osiedle Premium project in the vicinity of Pełczyńskiego street in the Bemowo district of Warsaw.

Completion of this project is planned for the 4th quarter of 2018.

Dom Development commenced the sales of 146 units in the first phase of the Osiedle Cybernetyki 17 project in the vicinity of Cybernetyki street in the Mokotów district of Warsaw.

In 2016 Dom Development sold 2,735 units net, including 714 in the fourth quarter.

Dom Development commenced the sales and construction of 60 units in the first phase of the Amestrdam project in the vicinity of Samarytanka street in theTargówek district of Warsaw.

Commissioning of this project is planned for the 2nd quarter of 2018.

The project with 47 flats and 3 commercial units will be commissioned for use in Q4 2017.

In 2015 Dom Development sold 2,383 units net, including 678 in the fourth quarter. The 2015 sales volume was higher by 439 units than in 2014 ( 23% rise YoY).

In the past year the Company delivered 2,062 units, including record-high deliveries of 1,019 units in the fourth quarter.

The whole Aura project will consist of 350 flats.

The whole Palladium project is located in the Tarchomin district of Warsaw and will consist of 870 flats.

Commissioning of this stage is planned for 2nd quarter of 2015.

The whole Żoliborz Artystyczny project will consist of 1,700 flats in 13 buildings.

Dom Development S.A. commenced the sale and construction of flats of the first stage of Wilno II project in the Targówek district of Warsaw, which includes a total of 786 flats.

The first stage will be comprised of 218 flats. Commissioning of this stage is planned for 2nd quarter of 2015.

 

Dom Development S.A. commenced the construction and sale of flats of the third stage of Oaza development at ul. Nyska in the Krzyki district of Wrocław. There will be 464 flats constructed by Dom Development in three stages at this localization. The third stage will be comprised of 218 flats. Commissioning of this stage is planned for 2nd quarter of 2015.

Dom Development S.A. has introduced the bonds issued on 26 March 2013 having the total nominal value of PLN 50 million to the Alternative Trading System operated by Bond Spot S.A.

The bonds will be listed in ASO Bondspot on Catalyst from 6 June 2013.

On 15 May 2013 Dom Development S.A. commenced the sale of the first phase of the Żoliborz Artystyczny project at Powązkowska street in Warsaw.

The whole Żoliborz Artystyczny project will consist of 1,700 flats in 13 buildings.

The first phase of 3 buildings with 223 flats will be commissioned for use in Q4 2014.

On 26 March 2013 the Company issued 5,000 unsecured bearer bonds having the nominal value of PLN 10,000 each and the total nominal value of PLN 50,000,000, with the redemption date of 26 March 2018. The issue value equals the nominal value thereof.

The interest of the bonds was determined on the basis of WIBOR 6M + margin.</p

Dom Development S.A. commenced the sale and construction of the Willa na Harfowej Project, the first investment to use an escrow account the provisions of the Client Protection Law.

The building, consisting of 90 flats, will stand on the corner of Harfowa and Włodarzewska streets in the Warsaw district of Ochota.

It will be commissioned for use in Q4 2012.

Dom Development SA commenced the implementation of the second phase of the third stage of the Saska development at ul. Bora Komorowskiego which includes a total of 1,579 flats. The third stage, which is divided into four phases, will result in the construction of a total of 670 flats.

The second phase of the third stage consists of a single building with six to seven levels with 163 flats. They will be ready for use in the first quarter of 2014.

Dom Development S.A. commenced the sale of flats of the third stage of Derby 14 development at ul. Skarbka z Gór in the Białołęka district in Warsaw. There will be around 700 flats constructed by Dom Development S.A. at this localization. The III stage shall be comprised of 189 flats. Commissioning of this stage is planned for 4th quarter of 2013.

Dom Development S.A. commenced the construction and sale of flats of the fifth stage of Wilno development in the Targówek district in Warsaw. The fifth stage (two buildings) will consist of 124 flats. Commissioning of this phase is planned for 4th quarter of 2013.

Dom Development commenced the sale and construction of the next stage of the Saska Development at ul. Bora Komorowskiego situated in the Gocław district in Warsaw.
In the third stage of the Development, divided into four phases, a total of 670 apartments will be built. At present, in the first phase of the third stage, 159 apartments and 3 commercial premises have been offered for sale.
The first phase of the third stage of the Saska Development comprises one building with seven to eight floors. It will be commissioned for use in the fourth quarter of 2013.

Dom Development S.A. commenced the sale of flats at the Młyny Królewskie development at Ostroroga St.  in the Wola district of Warsaw. The Młyny Królewskie development) will consist of 294 flats. Commissioning is planned for 4th quarter of 2013.
